About us
A Sharjah dental clinic
since 1976.
Most dental clinics in Sharjah are younger than the families they treat. We are not.
Al Najma Dental Clinic has been on Al Zahra Street in Al Nabbaa since 1976. Fifty years in one building, on one street, treating one neighbourhood.
A clinic does not last that long in a city like Sharjah by being the cheapest or the loudest. It lasts because people come back, and because they send other people. That is the whole business, and it is the reason we work the way we do.
Why you hear the cost first
Very few clinics in Sharjah will tell you what a root canal costs before you sit in the chair. We think that is the wrong way round.
If you need something, we tell you what it is, why it matters, what it will cost and what happens if you leave it — before anything begins. If nothing needs doing, we say that too, and you go home having spent the price of a check-up.
We are not the fanciest clinic in Sharjah and we do not pretend to be. What we offer is honest work at a price you can see in advance.
What we do not do
We do not place implants and we do not fit braces, aligners or Invisalign. If that is what you need, we will tell you at the check-up and point you somewhere that does it properly, rather than take your money first and refer you later.
Being clear about the edges of what we do is part of the same habit as being clear about cost. A clinic that says yes to everything is telling you something.
The neighbourhood
Al Nabbaa is one of the older parts of Sharjah, and the people who live and work here are not, on the whole, looking for a marble reception. They want to be seen quickly, treated properly, and told the truth about what it costs. That is the practice we run.
A great many of our patients arrive because someone they know sent them. In a neighbourhood this size that is not a marketing channel, it is a verdict — and it is the reason a clinic can still be on the same street after fifty years.
What our patients actually say
We have 274 reviews on Google and an average of 4.9 stars. We have never asked a patient to write one and we have never removed one. Read them before you decide — the pattern in them says more than anything we could write here.
What comes up most often is not the dentistry. It is that people felt looked after and were not made to feel foolish for having left something too long. Read our Google reviews →
What we treat
General and cosmetic dentistry for adults and children: check-ups, scaling and polishing, fillings, extractions including wisdom teeth, root canal treatment, crowns and bridges, veneers, dentures and whitening.
Open Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm and Saturday from noon to 8pm. Closed Sunday. How to find us →
