Before you come

You do not need an appointment for a check-up, but messaging first means your slot is ready when you arrive rather than after a wait. If you are in pain, say so on WhatsApp and we will fit you in the same day wherever we can.

Bring your Emirates ID. If you have had recent X-rays or treatment elsewhere, bring those as well — it saves repeating work you have already paid for somewhere else.

Getting here

We are on Al Zahra Street in Al Nabbaa, one of the older parts of Sharjah, a short walk from the Clock Tower roundabout and directly beside Al Fardan Exchange — that exchange is the landmark most people navigate by, so if you have found it you have found us.

The clinic is on the second floor of the Bouti Bin Bisher Building, office 203. Take the lift rather than looking for us at street level.

Coming from Dubai or Ajman, the Clock Tower roundabout is the point to aim for. Coming from within Sharjah, anyone will know Al Fardan Exchange on Al Zahra Street.

Which language would you like?

Between us we speak English, Arabic, Urdu and Hindi. Explain the problem in whichever language you actually think in. Nobody should have to nod along to a treatment plan they only half followed, and a description of pain is hard enough to get right in your first language.

In pain today

Message us on WhatsApp and describe what is happening — which tooth, what sets it off, whether it wakes you at night. That is usually enough for us to tell you what it is likely to be and roughly what putting it right involves, before you have left the house.

Pain that wakes you, swelling of the face or gum, or a bad taste appearing suddenly are all reasons not to wait for a convenient day.

Where else to find us

We post clinic news and announcements on Instagram and Facebook. Our Google reviews are worth a read before you decide — we have never asked for one and never removed one.

Not sure what you need?
Just ask.

Message us on WhatsApp with what is bothering you. We will tell you what it is likely to be and what it will cost — before you come in.
